Aumentare il proprio peso muscolare e' cosa "relativamente" semplice a patto di rispettare alcune regole fondamentali.
Il giusto apporto proteico e' il primo aspetto fondamentale da curare.
Le proteine vengono infatti utilizzate a scopo plastico e pertanto sono un elemento
indispensabile per il corretto anabolismo muscolare.
Nella dieta per la massa l'apporto minimo proteico e di 2,2 gr di proteine per ogni chilo di peso.
Un individuo di 80 kg pertanto necessiterà almeno di 80kg x 2,2 gr =176 grammi di proteine al giorno.
Questi 176 grammi apportano 704 calorie ( 1 grammo di proteine =4 calorie)

L'apporto di carboidrati e' altrettanto fondamentale.
Quanta energia avremo a disposizione ,da spendere nei nostri pesanti allenamenti, dipende infatti proprio dalla quantità ( e qualità...) di carboidrati presenti nella dieta.

L'apporto minimo da considerare e di almeno 6 gr x kg corporeo.Ergo 80 kg x 6 = 480 gr di carboidrati al giorno che fanno (480gr x 4- apporto calorico x 1 grammo di carboidrati-) 1920 calorie.

Senza considerare l'apporto dei grassi siamo già ad un totale di 2624 calorie al giorno.

Non indico , volutamente , la quantità di grassi da introdurre, perchè considerò sufficienti quelli che verranno automaticamente introdotti , attraverso le fonti proteiche che avremo scelto.
